Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Poreda Farms, however, if for any reason you are not, we will exchange your items within 10 days of the purchase date. Due to most of our products being perishable items, we do not except returns. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. To initiate an exchange, please contact Poreda Farms. Once we receive your message, we will process your exchange as quickly as possible.
